before i place this on pc issues i really want to make sure its not just me
playing on a 660, 1080p res

if i set everything on low a Vsyc off
my fps is 60 but it takes 100% of my gpu power to do so
if i place vsyc on its takes 70& of my gpu power and the fps is lock in 30.


now if i set anything above low
like right now for my testing
i put very high for Texture and med everything else
its stays on 60 fps with Vsyc and only takes 70% of my gpu to do so

can anyone try this out for themselves?
