BETA 3 is online!fixed: there was a problem with the pause feature. when a pause was active, the playlist was not changed, not even on cell change. some of you may have noticed the loading music playing, but if you don't have any, there was just silence.
fixed: you can play this plugin now with a clean save or first install. why did no one tell me that GetGameLoaded returns 0 on first run??
now really fixed:
no more home playlist in faction houses
1. Custom Music Playlists for the Fighters' Guild (Layewin) and Inns (2 Sisters' Inn-Layewin) didn't play when I entered the appropriate cells. I was unable to change the playlists for these cells using the The Power of Music Spell. (I've checked the BetterMusicSystem ini and made sure that these locations were enabled.)
2. What result should I expect when I select the Default Playlists Button in The Power of Music Spell Menu?
3. I've left the dummy.mp3s in all folders unique to the BetterMusicSystem.
4. Are there compatibility issues between your mod and the Better Cities Mod? (I currently have Better Cities enabled.)

2. you can assign any default vanilla oblivion playlist with the power of music spell! even battle music!
to do so simply choose 'default playlists' with the spell.
3. you can leave the dummy or you can eat it or put a spell on it. but again: NEVER DELETE THE DUMMY IF THIS WOULD LEAVE THAT FOLDER EMPTY!
4. no. you can use BMS in ANY cell that you can enter.
Major FPS drop, dialogue screen are even lagging.

yes. the beta 2 did not run on first install. this is fixed now. sorry!
but: there is no FPS drop! this seems to be that stutter problem some people have talked about. search this or the EMC thread for 'stutter' or simply delete all your mp3 codecs but one. you have several installed. they are conflicting.
