I read an article about a guy who played a skyrim demo and he said that in his travels he came across some bowmen fighting a giant, he attacked the giant but found that it was too tough so he fled. It chased him but then collapsed due to the dozens of arrows in it and fell dead. Then the leader of the archers invited the player into his guild. I was wondering of the player had helped the giant if it would have said something similar.

I wonder what that guild was.

it was a companion hunter and giants can give you quests so i assume that's friendlier than a cudgel to the head

That's the companions, you can help them kill the giant and they'll join you. No, I don't believe there's a giant faction - but who knows?! You'll only be wanted for triple murder if you help the giant out! :tongue:
