bFloatPointRenderTarget is ruining my day

So, after hours of grueling labor trying to set up an ENB, I finally got it to work (I think, I actually can't really tell if it's working), and something's wrong with my Skyrim Prefs. Whenever I start a new game, red text pops up at the top saying "Error! bFloatPointRenderTarget=1 is not set in SkyrimPrefs.ini or you have several copies of this file." Seems simple enough, right? For once my problem with this damn game is laid out in front of my eyes. Well, I went into my SkyrimPrefs, set that file to =1, made sure it was the only one I had in there, and voila! Still nothing. Still says the same thing, not to mention my FPS is OBLITERATED since the notice popped up, and the game is unplayable. I installed RealVisionENB (I think), and uninstalled a Grim and Somber ENB preset. Maybe I didn't uninstall the previous ENB properly? I don't know. Could someone help me out? I'm at my wit's end with trying to fix this game. I just wanna play it for once.
