At Big John's Salvage I can't open the Shelter even after activating the power generator, to note that I first activated the generator then traveled somewhere else and went back. (That probably caused the glitch?)

The switch says "activate" but the generator is running (I can't use the switch anyways) yet the Shelter keeps sealed.
