Is there a fix for this yet? I built my character around this perk and the new patch did nothing to fix it, and I'm done waiting to advance my game.

Anyone? this is really killing my game, I can't add any damage-boosting perks beyond +100% or it will actually cut my damage down. This is making me wish I'd bought The Witcher 3 instead.
