I just got my 5th tier in big leagues and found that all my melee weapons' damage were reverted back to their base numbers, as if I didn't have the perk at all. Not sure if display is broken or my melee weapons are bad again. Just wanted to bring this to your guys' attention.

This same thing happened to me. Tried to test it by adding and removing perks with the console commands but the results i was getting were unconclusive with the exception of the one undeiable fact. The damage displayed resets to unbuffed stats. As far as damage that is actually being dealt I haven't been able to find anything useful out.
