My big list of bugs

Wow this game is buggy. I really thought this time it would be relatively free of high pri bugs since it's using the same engine and most of the same gameplay as FO3 but it looks like everything that was added by Obsidian is somehow broken. Ugh. Anyway, I only got to play the game for a an hour or so last night but here are the bugs I ran into:

1) All items in Doc's house are "public", you can take them all and they don't count as stealing. Maybe this isn't necessarily a bug but it feels like one, especially after picking "hardcoe mode" and then seeing that you can grab a few thousand caps worth of free stuff in the starting area.

2) In the tutorial quest, Cheyenne the dog's eyes are rotated and floating next to her head.

3) In the crafting screen, if you have a recipe with more than a few ingredients, so there's a scroll bar in the ingredients panel, and you move your mouse into that panel, the game makes a weird thousand-clicks noise and then the crafting screen is broken and you can't look at anything else until you close it and re-open.

4) Conversation options with the robot (i forget his name) don't seem to be appearing correctly. Some people told me to ask him about things, but those options weren't there when I talked to him; then I went inside the shack behind him and came back out, and clicked on him again, and this time the new conversation options were there. Maybe NPC's need to cell reset before their new conversation options appear?

5) The caravan card game is completely broken... trying to scroll back and forth through the cards in the deck building screen is wonky and the cards flip all over and get out of sync. When actually playing the game you can't pick anything but the top card from your deck, and half the time it gets into a bad state where you can't do anything except discard over and over until you run out of cards.

6) The Repair stats shown when repairing an item aren't correct. For example, when I went to repair a DR 1 armor using another DR 1 armor, it said the original armor was DR 0 and that repairing it would add 1 to its DR. But repairing it actually did nothing but increase its condition slightly. Similarly, it seems the game is supposed to show "Repair" when fixing an item would increase its damage/DR, and "Maintain" when it won't, but it actually doesn't show the right word half the time.

7) The Mouse Acceleration on the cursor in menus is still there by default and needs an ini hack to fix. Maybe this isn't a bug, but I can't imagine anyone out there actually likes having their mouse cursor fly all over the place when they're trying to click on things. There's a reason that acceleration is off by default in every OS and every other game in the world.

8) VATS seems laggy and sometimes broken compared to FO3's VATS. When initially using it it shows the target's limbs and percentages, but if I then select a different creature, it shows the limbs but no percentages. Sometimes the percentages appear if I wait several seconds without pressing anything.

9) Maybe it's just because my explosives skill isn't that high, but whenever I throw dynamite using VATS, it always explodes in the air halfway to its target and thus never does any actual damage. Is the fuse countdown not taking into account the slow-down of VATS?

That's all I can remember off the top of my head, but it was enough to make me regret buying the game early instead of waiting for the first or second patch. Seriously, if I can find a bunch of uncaught bugs just playing the first hour of the game casually, it makes it look like no one even gave the game a basic test pass.
