*Hello, I'd like to ask about this item since it doesn't seem to be working very well for me. Rather, at all.

*I've tried googling some solutions as well, but I haven't seen anything that works so far.

Everytime I use this item in the Mojave Wasteland to try to get back to Big MT, It continues to tell me I have to be in an exterior of the wasteland. To my knowledge there are no enemies nearby, I have no companions currently with me, and I am standing in the middle of nowhere just outside of the Goodsprings town.

As far as I know, I'm fulfilling all of the pre-requisites to use this item, and yet it keeps telling me I have to be in an 'exterior' of the Mojave Wasteland. If anyone can provide a solution to this i'd be most grateful. This is rather annoying.
