Utilities installed: FOMM, Wrye bash for fallout, BOSS, FOSE, etc..

The problem is simple: RED MARKS, f.e. Desert Eagle. If anyone can lead me in the right direction for resolving these issues, will be a great help.
P.S. I've installed the full main archive files of FWE, EVE, MMM, WMKIT, not just hotfixes/updates.

redmarks with explanation points are 'meshes' not being happy. I had a problem with .50 cal desert eagle too. I downloaded non-FOMOD version of FWE, extracted it to its own folder. Then copied the meshes folder from FWE and pasted it into fallout3/data.

You may not necessarily need to install the full non-FOMOD version. Start by just copying the meshes folder and pasting it into fallout3/data and see if it fixes your problem. Then move on from there...

I also ran into this.
My solution was to extract the meshes and textures from the fomod, and yea, all are present, just not all being installed, and making a support fomod for FWE to acheive this same end.
It worked.
