On a Ranger, just kill said Ranger and take the weapon.

I think killing a Ranger is easier than all that walking. I just Mister Sandman'd all the Vets at Golf, got tons of sweet loot and never got a reputation hit.

the easiest way: eat a dead NCR trooper. You'll find an abundance of Sequoias then!

Also, for the longest time I thought the Sequoia was unique to Hanlon.

Same way here, even though I always befriend the NCR on all my playthroughs except my Legion one I'll still break the fourth wall just long enough to get that sweet pistol.

I`ve got a normal hunting revolver....and every single unique weapon available, I simply wanted it for the collection, I usually rely on all american, dinner bell and a light in the darkness.

I prefer the Sequoia over the normal Hunting Revolver, I can' stand scoped pistols after Fallout 3.
