Biggest annoyance?

Like that if you come to a fence made of sticks that is marked 'Very Hard' you can't just kick it open, for starters.

I once saw an open door that said it was locked "Very Hard". I gotta say that threw me off a good bit.

not being able to blow doors open with C4 and the lack of kill sprees, yesterday I killed 3 fiends and got no UAV, I was so pissed.

The boot up screen that can't be skipped when hacking a computer.

Also, the lockpick skill in general. I prefer the lockpicking method from Oblivion, where no matter the difficulty, you still have a chance to successfully pick a lock at any skill level. Fallout doesn't even let you try to pick a Very Hard lock at a skill level of 20.

It's not UAV anymore, it's Spy Planes!

Oh and also annoys me when I see my gun go right through the current armor I'm wearing. Like a rifle goes right through the back of the Veteran Ranger Armor when holstered. Looks so strange...

Trying to complete the game without losing a companion, whether it is by glitch or my own mistake.

I swear something always happens to someone through out the course of the game. This time it is EDE going hostile in Primm

Yes what makes me laugh more than clipping through larger / heavier armour / clothing is when the weapon is hung from clothing and just hovers in mid air by a game foot or so.

Glitches in V.A.T.s I don't use it often but freezing one foe to be warped on by two others, rifle barrels poking through enemies.
The enemies you're targeting getting in a loop of sorts then warping into the distance like they have teleportation, and the getting perenantly stuck in it while no else gets affected one.

It's all part of the game though and I laugh when it happens, but it can be a tad annoying.

Load an earlier save and remove all food and drink items from his inventory, this should solve that issue.

Paths that look as if you can go in that direction, but are blocked by invisible walls.

That's a weird fix, but only a little stranger than the wiki fix that said I should knock him out with a ranger take down then use a stealth boy and initiate conversation.

Thanks for the suggestion though.

Honestly I've kinda of given up fighting these weird bugs, might as well just play the game and chalk it up to the crazy wasteland.

Trying to walk past gypsum train yard with companions: "keep walking guys, don't bother the deathclaws, we can just walk past" ::red blip appears:: they go running over there, even though I told them to be passive. "Damn it, guys! Crap, now I gotta go over there" :slap:

Not being able to play New Vegas for the second night in a row because Steam simply will not load the launcher screen and having to play Age of Empires three because that is the only other game on my laptop and the 360 is gone because my darn brother swapped it for a pit bike so buh-bye to GOW and Halo. Sigh. Oh. Wait. There's Spyro: Gateway to Glimmer on PS2 :verymad: oh and I can barely even surf the net because the internet is so slow that it has taken four hours to download a 15 minute Youtube video and for the entire time I've been writing this, the emoticons haven't even loaded yet. And I can't sleep. /rant.

The "can't wear that" message when giving apparel to a companion - I'm not asking them to wear it. I just want it carried.

Not being able to place in/remove from a companions inventory directly.

Yes at least before the patch this works, I'm not sure if it's fixed yet though tbh.

ED-E is not flagged as a npc so anyone can loot his inventory at will, and most npc's at feeding time will loot whatever is in his inventory turning him hostile to them.
He and some others are just considered walking fridges I guess.
It does work, in the areotech offices outside of NV I kept getting it, without loading an earlier save I managed to quicly bring up ED-E and remove foodstuff.
No more angry mob afterwards.

On topic: Not being able to choose whether the faction clothing wil act as a disguse, most times I just want to wear something for the look not the effect.
It should be easy to do as well for any system not just the pc just a simple script change.

The fact that everything is hard-leveled. Locks, computers, dialog options....all or nothing. You either meet the requirements and are guaranteed success or you don't and you can't even try.

Hacking is so damn annoying, it stops the game flow dead in its tracks, and if you're unlucky it can take forever :brokencomputer:
why can't we make a tool to bypass this annoyance?

Companions refuse to carry faction armor, I mean, really?
Getting stuck in the scenery or hitting invisible walls.
The radio is always playing that stupid Johny Guitar song.
A nuclear explosion can't open a crappy wooden door.
Some quest cannot be completed if you don't have the appropriate skill.
Companions get in your way while sniping or give you away.
Ed-e's attack tune is itched into my brain.

One time I was using V.A.T.S. but my character didn't do anything. I hadn't saved in about an hour and I loaded up six headshots on my enemies, when I hit Accept he just stood there. I got [censored] in slow motion by Feral Ghouls, that's the games way of telling you to get a life.
