The thing i wanted more then anything was more hairstyles.
I was hoping for like pigtails or maybe a poof like snooki.

No skilled trait.
Gauss Rifle is still the same one from FO3
No .50cal Machine gun.
Wild wasteland, there should be alot more encounters.

The legion had waaay too little quests, locations, and well everything.
I wish hardcoe mode had toggle options, I dont like babysitting companions (especially with cazadors) but love the eating/drinking/sleep meters.
I hated how things like "the white wash", "that lucky old sun", and "there stands the grass" didnt effect the ending, where the misfits did...

Not much.
A less linear, neutral, non combat ending.
Effected by outcomes throughout the game is the only one for me.

Yeah and it was yuck how the clean versions of the pretty pre war dresses like the spring and parkstroller ones were still dirty like They had white stains on them. The ones in tenpenny tower we're in perfect condition. How is that possible that there in perfect condition at the capitol wasteland were the bomb actually fell but in Nevada even the clean versions have soot and stains when hardly any bombs landed there?

Actually a small petty thing like no new hairstyles was the ONE THING that actually did majorly disappoint me.

Ah the tough life of a console gamer.

not enough combat or enemy patrols, no dungeon type places to truly explore and fight in, its a good game but its boring to me now, at least FO3 was fun to play for two years, new vegas is boring after 2 months. it was a good game, but it doesn't look like they are gonna add anything to base game so i will not be spending 50 more dollars for dlc. i'll wait for ESV and then FO4.

This x9001.

The encounters are funny as hell, but they are so far and few between, and some of them didn't even trigger for me.

I was also pretty disappointed that (Well, since this is my first fallout game) the combat outside of V.A.T.S. was HORRIBLE.

Not enough random encounters, the conclusion of the MQ puts me to sleep, and combat difficulty for 90% of the game is non-existent for me, unless I self-gimp to a ridiculous level or use mods. But companion/their quests, the "feel" of combat (not the difficulty), the humor...that's why I play, even if the game isn't perfect. Also...thank goodness for mods. :D

MOAR LEGION QUEST...... and an evil Companion....

Other than that. the game is fine for me

Less combat and more pacific ways to ends conflicts

Fallout 3 gets really boring with all the shooting and killing, I want to test my head, not my guns

"hardcoe" mode (massive sarcasm quotes), and the lack and difficulty of combat. Just cleared Bison Steve's again, it was just like playing Classic Doom, no need for cover or tactic, just shoot them in the face. Only thing missing are health packs on the floor :P It would actually make the game more difficult as i wouldn't have a massive supply of stimpacks and Sunset Sarsaparilla with me all the time :hehe:

Of course i knew all that beforehand and got the PC version ;)

Legion quests and random events.
I mean, why give the most interesting faction in the game the shaft?

I still dont see how the Combat is more easy in this game, I cant put the game even more challenging just because the level dificulty limits me, Increasing it, is gonna be a nightmare for me

thats right, no random encounters, the game is too predictable, i nkow exactly what to expect and where, you never have anything happen out of the ordinary, a huge lack of enemy patrols, not of the factions patrol the map area.

This. I whole heartedly agree...Except the part about it being boring. That could also be because I don't play it as often or as long as I did with Fallout 3 and Oblivion, which I could play all day long for days on end and not get bored...I'd like to get those days back.
