Something like Vanilla oblivion...UI, Combat, lack of armor types, level scaling, boring terrain, shiny etc

That it'll be a reskinned fable oR oblivion 2.0

No werewolves

5 voice actors

Voice acting in general expect for important events/ speeches/ etc like in morrowind. I read very fast & it was a pain to sit there and wait for slooowwww taaalllkerrsss and odd inflections.

Only a handful of factions.

Dumbed down graphics for multiplatform. (ALA Oblivions Lighting System)

I want them to take advantage of the PC, like the did with morrowind.

I want
DX11 Tesselation
Volumetric Lighting, Fog, Ect.
Cloth Physics
Water Physics
High Res Textures
High Res Reflections on water.

Exactly, they should throw PC users a frickin bone here.

That it'll be just another "Oblivion/Fallout 3" with even further dumbed down features and RPG mechanics - which it'll likely be too.

No politicking, more lore trampling and a main quest that is basically "KILL TEH DRAGONZ!"
