maybe, I think cia operatives are excluded from eligability for the reward since it would be stupid to blow their cover to give them a bounty, I dont think it would be worth loosing a career for the bounty.

If it was one person or even a small team, considering the bounty is $27 million, it may well be totally worth it. Depending on how many people have actually earned it.

I never knew what the bounty on his head was, but I'd think that it would be more than $25 million. Money doesn't matter though, because we finally got him.

even if the bounty splits up to be enough to last them the rest of their lives they still may be excluded from the reward depending if they are running other operations that would fail if their envolvement were revealed. or maybe not, but the cia would be revealing the identities of apparently very talented agents, they might not want to let them go.

or maybe the reward given in secret, but that would be fishy in the public eye wouldn't you think?
