So this just popped up in my head, I wonder why I've never wondered, are Elves primates? Imperials, Nords and Redguards are probably the same species, Argonians are theropods and Khajiit are Felids :tongue:

But on a related topic: where do the other mammals in TES come from? Are they mutant, souless mer? Are all plants freaky Hist-spawn? Just more stuff created by / from the gods? Do we ever get a clear picture on this?
