Is Birna in Winterhold supposed to sell things?

Everytime I visit Birna she talks about trading but there is no dialog for selling.

Is this a bug?

I seem to recall her starting to sell stuff after I cleared out the barrow she sold me the dragon claw for, but my memory is a bit sketchy as it's been awhile since I did that quest.

She should sell regardless. Sometimes merchants get derpy and won't have the option to trade; try waiting for 3 hours, or save and reload. This usually fixes it.

You could be right about the time thing. It's 8:00 AM local Windhold time. I'll wait a bit and see if she opens for business at 9:00.
