So how exactly do you get more skill points to spend.

I'm at 81, turned conjuration to legendary than releveled up to 100 again yet I have the same amount of skill points to spend. (I think)

Do you possibly get 1 extra skill point each time you do a legendary or how exactly do you earn more of them.

The same as always. If you raised the skill level back up to 100, you should be at level 82. That will grant another perk point, just like any other level up.

You get 1 perk point per level.

If you had in points at all in Conjuration they will be returned to you. If you didn't have any...you don't get any back.

But as you still leveling, you still earning new point each level.
And you can re-resset the skill again, so, keeping the circle going on.
