So I beat fallout one time, and now I am going through on my second play though as a woman. So I got the quest to go and visit Caesar and when I go into his tent, they become hostile and attack me. Is this a bug or does it have to do with me killing Benny using the black widow perk? The other thing I have a question about is at HELIOS one, I have to activate the two terminals. One of them I did, but the other one requires a 75 science skill. I have 11. Is there any way I can get new randoms other than starting a new game?

When you talk to Fantastic at Helios, he gives you one password. Rivas in the next room will give you the other one.

Yeah, about the Helios thing, Fantastic gives you his key and the Follower in the next room has one on him.

The Caesar thing is probably a glitch, I killed Benny with black widow and they didn't attack me. Did you have Boone or wearing any faction armor?

i have heard about faction problems in this game and you might have one on your hands right now.
so i dont really know what to tell you because i never had any of these problems

Sorry for late reply. Yea I have legion faction armor on and I still get killed. I am hated with them but not that low

I don't think so. I have not done any quests for them and I have only killed less than 5 of their people. So unless I did a quest to make them hate me I don't think I was.

Well i've read somewhere that once your where vilified by a faction u were pretty much screwed. And I think this might be true cause once your hated that much by a faction most of their quests and stuff are closed to you which means most of the ways to get into their good graces are history.

So im just guessing cause the same thing happened to me and the only way i got out of it was just killing everyone in CL and starting a new game. :-/

Well I will do the NCR quests then and when I get stronger I will just go kill them all and activate the army

When you first started the game, did you go to Nipton? What did you do about the legion there if you've been there already?

Well first there's the simple one. Are you wearing NCR armor? if so CL of course automatically hates you haha. Then, are you idolized by NCR? Sometimes that makes them hate you as well

If you look here, "hated" is in red, which means they attack you on sight. You probably shouldn't have killed those dudes, or perhaps been more discrete about it.
It will be very difficult for you to get your rep up with them again, as the bigshots will always see through your armor disguise. It may be possible to pickpocket/kill NCR to get dogtags, and use sneak to talk to the guy who collects them before he goes hostile and thus raise your rep with the legion to the point where you are "unpredictable".
I suggest you kill the legion- you see how they treat their women.
