i have a 23 inch 1080p screen from asus. ever since i updated my game to dx11 and hi-res graphics, i get this annoying black border. any ideas? my rig is as follows:

i7 2600k (OC to 4.0 Ghz)
AMD sapphire radeon 7970
z68bc intel extreme mobo
16gb corsair ram
120 intel ssd

i looked on other forums for solutions, but didnt find any!
