Let's be serious here. Honnigbrew is what real nords that like to have a large feast have. Black- Briar is a poor excuse of a mead; bad owners and a bad drink. The Honey they get from there is probably some artificial crap mixed with Mammoth spit and add a little Blisterwort and there Black Briar mead.

Honnigbrew is made from honey from the wild bees of Whiterun mixed with the pure waters of the White river. Plus the Revelers use it and look how [censored] happy they are, sometimes standing in the middle of a blizzard but happy as hell!

Goldenglow's honey isn't that bad.
