Wasn't able to find this anywhere else, so I thought I'd share a glitch I found today. First off I would like to specify that I wad playing on Xbox 360, with no DLC installed (Dragonborn, Dawnguard, Hearthfire).

Okay, now to the real stuff.

While in Riften, I spoke to Romlyn Dreth, who tasked me with giving a Black Briar mead keg to someone else. Unfortunately for Dreth, I'm a filfthy thief, and once he handed me the keg, I tried pickpocketing him. He caught me, and apparently knows how to cast fireball; however, the splash damage from his spell hit Talen-Jei, causing them to fight, until I immediately exited the building, ran to a guard, and payed 12 gold for a bounty clear. However, when I exited the Bee and Barb, I was notified that I failed Dreth's delivery sidequest, and the keg became a normal item. I am able to drop the keg, and when it is dropped, it becomes a solid object not affected by physics, effectively making it a placeable jump stone. It can be picked back up, and replaced. I used it to jump onto a taller part of a bandit tower, and even better, used it in the Reeking Cave to jump back up into the Thalmor Embassy.
