Go to Windhelm and look for people spreading rumors about a young boy who is trying to contact the Dark Brotherhood through the Black Sacrament. Find him and you are on your way....

Or just wander around. I found the door without ever finding the boy... but I haven't gone into it yet.

Easiest: Go to riverwood. There are few people living there. You can find someone speaking about it faster.

Talk to the kids in the orphange in riften and they will tell you about the kid u need to see.
