I believe that one swing with the traitors little dagger or whatever he had shouldn't of killed everyone but Arqueen. And 200 GP? Seriously?

honestly I would rather see something unique to skyrim then an Oblivion throw back. I love Oblivion but I want an unique experience that is Skyrim.

Did you complete the DB questline? You should know full well where the Black Hand hung out in Cyrodiil. You

More black hand hideouts. Maybe not more members... I mean it's supposed to be a dark killing cult thingy right? How believable will that be when everyone and their dog is killing for Sithis?

Maybe, one huge hideout, with lots of people, and smaller ones spread around the world, with just one or two people, offering maybe a quest and a barter thingy...

I want more missions with the black hand and thieves guild(whatever the equivalent is in skyrim). Those two were my favorite factions.

That's because there is no Black Hand hideout. Their hideout is the same as the DB sanctuaries around Cyrodiil, but they mostly reside in their own independent hideouts, as we saw in Oblivion.

Overall more DB members, there should only ever be 5 black hand members at a time. In addition to their nails ofcourse.
