I was checking the following mod:

Amongst the comment, it is written:

I think I might found a wild edits probably made by CS itself.
Those are couple of stray Pathgrid records under Worldspace section. The ones that are the only one edits for that sub-block. Those should probably be deleted. As for the other Patthgrid edits I don't know - they are in the blocks where only easels were added

Does anyone have any suggestion for cleaning the mod ?
