This mod reintroduces Oblivion's Black Horse Courier in Skyrim. 200 years after the event of the Oblivion Crisis, the company is back to bring news to the inhabitants of Tamriel.

So, how does it work?

You will find reporters in some cities in Skyrim. These reporters will sell you two types of papers:

• Special Editions are quest-related. As you finish main quests or guild quests, they will get reported in the Black Horse.
• Normal Editions are procedurally-generated papers. Random sentences will be created. For example: "A [dragon type] has been [action] by [actor] near the city of [city name]. People of [city name] are [feelings] about this." This creates the opportunity for sometimes dramatic reports, or more humorous ones.

If you don't want to buy the newspapers, you can choose to subscribe for 500 Septims. Just talk to a reporter and tell him you wish to subscribe. A courier will deliver them from time to time. Your subscription will expire after an ingame month or so. When it happens, you will get a courier saying so.

This is going to be an excellent addition to the game. I hope there are many pages to each edition of the paper...for plenty of good stories to read!

It's not like I could do better! There are a lot of talented folks hanging around these parts. If you find a solid voice actor, I'd definitely download this mod.

If he uses the Oblivion model, there will be exactly one page (and one story) for each edition. I actually like that better. Makes it much easier to remember what you've read and what you haven't.

The Special Editions will have one story at a time and often have 2-3 pages each

This is a very good idea! Oblivion had a lot of nice touches like this and it's always good to see them brought to Skyrim.

So much voice actors, but I need only actor right now unless I decide to expand the mod

About the gaps, well the main quest is already covered, guild quests too (beside the bard quest that is not covered), and Dawnguard + Dragonborn are also covered.

Well there is actually multiple reporters but they use the same voice; 3 of them are redguards and one is a nord
