Black Isle was never about the money, only the fans

I think its safe to assume that Black Isle's interest in developing games was purely for the fans and not as a business venture, afterall they ceased operations due to insufficent funding. Perhaps Beth could learn a thing or two from Black Isle, maininly a little principle I like to call bros before doe. I love turn based games and Beth should have stuck to that forumula because I love it, even if it means they are doomed for bankruptcy, atleast I would get my true sequel. IDC

So you'd rather put an entire company at risk of death just to get the type of game you want? i'm sorry but that is just plain stupid. don't get me wrong turn based games are fun but putting an entire company at the risk of death just to get the type of game you like just doesn't make sense.

Normally this would be a 6/10. But all the people that'll come in here and trip over themselves in outrage...push it up to an 8.5.

Closed: flamebait.

Making any assumption that a for-profit company is in business for a purpose other than making a profit is nonsense, and in the context of drawing comparisons between gamesas and Black Isle, it is flamebait.
