! Black Mountain how in the flip syde H do you get to Tabith : Fallout: New Vegas

The door says [Requires Key], how do I get to Tabitha & Raul?

I have completed this game and have done quite a bit of side quest already & this is by far the most frustrating thing I have ever ran across. Any help appreacited

There is a key under the stairs to the building with Tabitha.

I turned off the transmitter and went into the storage room to look around for a while, and Tabitha charged in on me. It was right after I fixed the robot. Don't know if that had anything to do with it.

Edit: And she has the key on her.

Other then that I hope Tabitha does not kick my level 3 or 4 azz, I really want to get Raul early on instead of Boone this playthrough because I am against NCR. Im gonna haft to jump up on a ledge or a rock & just be cheap about it lol hopefully she does not have like a missle launcher or some crazy stuff like that.
