does anyone know where to get the clean black suit?

I either found mine in Vault 111 or Sanctuary. Check all the houses; some of the houses have safes and travel luggage full of clothes. Good luck!

It's random loot, you can try checking all the suitcases at the plane crash site...they respawn as well.

Be careful going there if you are low level, I had to use heaps of my healing items to beat the super mutants that holed up there.

I have two of them. It's a shame I couldn't 'trade' it with you. Best of luck! I would stay around Vault 111, Sanctuary, and The Red Rocket Gas Station.

Build a clothing vendor in a settlement and see if you can buy a tuxedo off them.

It's random loot. But tends to spawn in suitcases. Look around metro stations and in buses. I got one from citizen square.

Suitcases. I've got the whole Clean Suit Collection and upgraded them to Armored. I like the Blue one. Piper calls the SS Blue His Power Armor is Blue. His Heads Up Display is Blue. His Pip-Boy Interface is Blue. And he rocks a Blue Suit. Call him Mr. Blue.
