Black textures

Hey there!
I have a few problems with my MW graphics.
When ever a texture is supposed to be invisible, it strangely turns out black.
This happens to the High Indoril Armor (around the boots) and to a few other Armors.

this is a good example of this error.
anyone know this problem.

Is it only happening on things your working on, or is everything doing it?

I think that's a problem with Darknut's armor retextures. I had the same problem, he probably did something wrong with Alpha on these textures. You can just remove them.

That happens when the alpha layer is messed up. Its possible the textures got saved in an incorrect format and the alpha layer got cut out leaving just black space.(tga I think would be 24bit rather than 32 bit to mess up, and dds files need the proper type as well)
