Blackreach. Oh my holy mother

One time after exiting a building in this area, a bug happened where the blue gloom and particles disapeared. believe me or not, but the place was even more beautiful.

Wow! So I have experienced the blackreachness but you guys have made me feel a fool. I was incredibly awestruck, best experience in a game ever, and I spent an hour or so exploring, but I had no fraking clue there was more than one way in and out! I feel like I've only seen a piece of it now. Must return. Does anyone know if it's been mapped yet? Like in the guide maybe? Are there more than one full dungeon entrances? I entered through a very long and complex dwemer ruin, I can't remember the name, but it was built into the side of a krevass... There were some dead khajiit just inside, one of whom was a skooma addict.

The ogier waygates from Wheel of time? i also had that feeling with it :hubbahubba:

Does anyone know the locations of the other lifts so i can get back to this place?

I have done this one yesterday and IIRC you exit it at Tower of Mzark.

Have and modders seen this thread? Any thoughts yet on mod-built residences? I haven't seen any but I don't know how the modding is going yet.

As the CK isn't here yet, editing cells and landscapes is notoriously difficult, if not impossible since the current modding is basically just Hex and Raw code for things in the game. The easiest things to mod at the moment are external things like textures, sounds and (slightly more difficult) models where you do not have to go poking around in an .esm or .esp file.

I'm sure after the CK pops out (hopefully) soon, there will be one within hours. If not several, I certainly know I will make one for myself. I spent hours down there collecting every single Nirnroot that I could get my grubby mitts on. Exploring every nook, cranny and building for Geode Veins and fat lutes.

That dungeon is absolutely insane, i explored all of it, every last bit(i think anyway) it's mad how big it is, i've must've gotten lost like amillion times running around there, even ran into a giant.
Took all the lifts up to see where i'd end up too, aparently all over northen Skyrim, the dungeon connects to like 4ish other Dwemer ruins. Once you have the orb you can enter it from them too.

I'm surprised nobody mentioned the dragon that's down there.

If you count all the dwarven areas that are in it and connect to it it is absolutely the apitome of an open world dungeon.

I would agree, in fact there is probably more content in this single "mega-dungeon" alone than in many entire AAA games released during the past few years.

Yes and those games don't have secret dragons hiding in an dwarven-made artificial underground sun.

I want a fortress down there and an army of orcs guarding it. Would be badass.

Ditto.

When I first saw this place, I thought "holy $#!7 this is awesome!". I spent an easy 3 hours in there without even realizing it, just exploring the place.

When that CK comes out, a home down there is my first mod.
