Thanks guys, I'm a bit busy at the moment, so I'll update the OP with who's on which side etc either later today or tomorrow at some point.

Don't worry about how long it takes to get char sheets in to me, I'm still working on mine, and I won't start this for at least another week.

It'll be very interesting if there's more prisoners than bounty hunters. I'm not going to do anything regarding that, I'll have a max of 20 people in this RP but I won't balance out the sides. Makes it more realistic and intriguing.

Anyone got ideas for what happens if prisoners do manage to escape?
I was thinking a follow up RP set a year or two after this one, relating to what they've done (as I imagine it would be pretty big). My prisoner certainly has big ideas for what to do if he escapes, I'll just say that the Septim Empire better watch out :P

Here are my sheets. They've already been approved.

Name: Goes by the name Broken-Scale (Real name is Behleez, but he hasn’t used that name in years.)
Gender: Male
Age: 27
Race: Argonian

Bounty Hunter

Birthsign: The Thief

Skills: Broken-Scale is a master of several different forms of combat. He is most proficient with the use of spears, both in long-range, short-range, and mid-range combat. He is also very capable with shorter bladed weaponry, such as daggers or short swords. Broken-Scale is also an extremely capable hand to hand combatant, using a special fighting style consisting of moves from basic Cyrodiilic boxing, the various fighting styles of the Dunmer of Morrowind, and from a style specific to a small Argonian Tribe in Black Marsh. Finally, he is a skilled marksman, both with bows and throwing weapons. In addition to his skills in combat, Broken-Scale is also a skilled information gatherer, decent with the school of illusion magic, and is talented at following his prey for long periods of time without being noticed.

General Appearance: Broken-Scale possesses dark green and brownish scales, and stands at about 6’1”. On his back, he has a long, nasty scar going from his left hip to his right neck that he picked up on his first bounty hunter mission. The scar is also where he got his name.
Hair: As an Argonian, Broken-Scale has no actual hair, but he does possess several spines on his head.
Eyes: Broken-Scale has deep yellow eyes.

Weapons: Broken-Scale’s main weapon is an ebony spear, which he can wield with deadly speed and precision. He also carries a steel short sword on his right hip, a bow and 30 silver headed arrows on his back, and 5 steel throwing knives on the strap of his quiver.
Armour/Clothing: Broken-Scale’s armor is a mismatched set of leather, chainmail and light metal plates. The armor does leave his right arm relatively unarmored, besides a fingerless glove and a leather bracer. However, despite its appearance, the armor is actually fairly sturdy and protective.
Other Items: Broken-Scale carries two small vials of poison on his belt: one is a poison of silence, and the other is a poison that briefly paralyzes the nervous systems of most creatures. He also carries a small bedroll, a lockpicking set, a bag of nonperishable food, and a jug of water.

Personality: Broken-Scale is somewhat atypical for an Argonian. While most are calm and reserved, Broken-Scale is excitable and extroverted, usually joking around, especially when in combat. He is an extremely loyal friend and is generally friendly to those he meets. However, he hates Khajiits with a passion, and will often times be outright hostile to any Khajiit he meets.

Brief History: Broken-Scale was born in Leyawiin, in the poor slums that Argonians were once forced to live in. He grew up during the most turbulent time of the Argonian-Khajiit hostilities, and eventually became the leader of a street gang for Argonians. Under his leadership, tensions increased with the Khajiit street gang headed by his rival, Ra’savah, until the tension erupted into violence when he was 17. The resulting gang war killed numerous guards and civilians, and nearly burned Leyawiin to the ground. The riot lasted for almost a week before it was put down, and Broken-Scale was one of the few people involved in it that escaped either death or incarceration. Now with a large bounty on his head, he took up the only skills he had – the skill of combat, and became a bounty hunter to pay off his bounty. After completing several small-time bounties, he got overconfident and went after a much more difficult target, a necromancer with a bounty on his head so large that Broken-Scale could easily pay off his debts and have a large amount to keep for himself. While Broken-Scale did manage to kill his target, the necromancer used his dying breath to send a bone shard at Broken-Scale’s back that ripped open his flesh and left him bleeding out in the dirt. Broken-Scale was fortunate that a wandering adventurer was nearby, and was willing to spare a potion of healing. Broken-Scale did collect the bounty, but split it halfway with his savior, leaving him no longer a wanted man, but without a septim to his name. So he took a journey to Black Marsh and Morrowind, becoming a very successful bounty hunter in both lands, with some claims that he has personally put about 1/5 of the prisoners in Blackrose Prison there and other claims that he has connections to the Morag Tong in Vvardenfell. However, with reports of Blackrose Prison being broken out of, he has returned to Black Marsh to recapture the prisoners.

------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Name: Ra’savah
Gender: Male
Age: 27
Race: Khajiit (sub-species: Cathay-raht)

Prisoner

Birthsign: The Warrior

Skills: Ra’savah is an experienced warrior, having been fighting – either for himself or for the Renrijra Krin – since he was a young boy. He is an excellent hand to hand combatant, taking a sadistic pleasure in using his claws to eviscerate his enemies with his bare hands. He is also trained in the use of axes and improvised weaponry. Ra’savah is a crimelord, and as such is good at persuading people and making good deals.

General Appearance: Ra’savah is a member of the Cathay-raht strain of Khajiit, and is thus large, strong and agile, standing at about 6’5”. He has rather huge muscles covering his body, as well as scars. His fur is a light brown color, and the mane on his head is long and formed into dreadlocks, which he pulls back in a small ponytail.
Hair: Light brown
Eyes: Golden

Weapons: Ra’savah’s only weapons at the moment are his claws, which are deadly enough for him to be satisfied. He did have a makeshift axe that he made while in prison, but he left that buried in the skull of a guard during his breakout.
Armour/Clothing: Right now, Ra’savah’s only clothing is the prison uniform and several pieces of cloth tied around his wrists in makeshift bracers.
Other Items: Ra’savah is only carrying the clothes on his back at the moment.

Personality: Even though he’s racist, sadistic, greedy, and sociopathic, it’s impossible to tell that Ra’savah is an extremely twisted individual at first glance. To observers, Ra’savah appears to be a charming entrepreneur at best and only a slightly shady businessman at worst. However, when he gets mad, his true feelings will often come out, and he can be reduced to yelling, ranting and raving when he’s particularly bad moods.

Brief History: Ra’savah, even from a young age, was set apart from his peers. He was born a Cathay-raht, and was thus one of the biggest Khajiiti in the slums of Leyawiin where he grew up. He rose to the top of a violent Khajiiti gang through a mixture of intimidation, persuasion, and violence, and under him the gang became even more antagonistic to Leyawiin’s Argonian population. When the local Argonian gang responded in turn, a violent gang war erupted, and Ra’savah was personally responsible for 5 murders (2 guards, 2 Argonians, 1 civilian) committed during the riot. However, when the war was put down, he was forced to flee Leyawiin, and so fled to Elsweyr. There he joined the Renrijra Krin, and became even more skilled and brutal while working with the group. However, after several years and countless murders committed both personally and under his orders, he left the group, and returned to Leyawiin, where he became a crimelord specializing in both slave & skooma trade, as well as working as a local loan shark. While he was suspected for those crimes, and was linked to over two dozen murders, no concrete proof was found to convict him. Or, at least, no proof until the overconfident crimelord tried to hire the bounty hunter known as Broken-Scale to murder a rival of his. Neither men recognized the other as their old rival, but Broken-Scale wasn’t interested in illegal work, so he reported Ra’savah to the Legion. The Legion sent several soldiers to arrest the Khajiit, but Ra’savah brutally murdered them, and tried to flee Leyawiin. Broken-Scale was hired to hunt him down, and it was during the short chase through the streets of Leyawiin that the two recognized each other. Their chase, now personal, lasted for almost two weeks, with Ra’savah fleeing deep into Black Marsh, Broken-Scale on his heels. He was eventually caught, and delivered to Blackrose Prison. That was three years ago, and Ra’savah has spent almost every day since imagining his revenge on Broken-Scale. Now, he feels that his escape will almost certainly draw his nemesis to him, and will make every effort to murder Broken-Scale while escaping.

Ah, I was rushing to the link when I read the post scriptum :P Too bad then. (but, do you know the 200000 names website? has a huge list of names and meanings)

Maybe if you gave the concept of the char and the race you could get some suggestions lol But it seems kind of weird just shouting names... Kevin? John? Dustin? Justin? :P

Mine has a name, only thing left is actually the brief history (which I hope you guys don't mind if it isn't exactly brief, I am kind of thinking it over...

Btw people, do you think a Breton who is really strong would be too much "off-race"? I mean, in the game it would, but this is an RP after all, characters don't really need to stuck to their race's specialization...

We can be bounty hunters? I sure as hell would add Veronica in this. But I am in two other Rp. Three is too much. But I will follow this story with great interest.

Same, my history will need to be about as long as long cat - I'm basing this character after one in a book and have been planning his history for a few weeks waiting for a suitable RP. I need a new last name, though, Donatello sounds lame.

Got a name now, and am finishing off the History, and my Altmer is a Warrior, but he is abit of a mage, but since he is born under the Atronach, he tries to use as little magicka as possible... Should make for a nice twist!

Here is my character sheet, see below....

Name: Peilis Vyras (blade master)
Gender: Male
Age: 29
Race: Altmer

Prisoner or Bounty Hunter: Bounty Hunter

Birthsign: Atronach

Skills – 10 max – non game skills allowed: Adept in the skill of 2 handed blades, he prefers the Akaviri Dai-Katana to anything else, he is very skilled in magic, but his stunted reserves (Atronach) has often left him in perilous situations, Unarmoured.

General Appearance: A typical Altmer, albeit abit taller, and slimmer. He is pretty strong, but his muscles are wiry rather than bulky.
Hair: He wears his hair in a top knot
Eyes: Green, piercing eyes.

Weapons: Akaviri Dai-Katana

Armour/Clothing: Light robes, he prefers to have maximum movement, and he relies heavily on enchantments and his skill with a blade to keep him alive.

Other Items: A ring which allows him to keep a clear mind and focus on the moment, it glows slightly, and can be used to see in the dark, as it has a light enchantment. He also carries potions of restore magicka.

Personality: Snobbish, racist, typical Altmer. Hates Imperials in particular, due to their invasion of his homeland, although he has an embarrassing attraction to female Imperials... But nobody knows this, he must keep it quiet...

Brief History: Born on a ship headed from Pyandonea to Dusk, Summerset Isle, where, as do all Altmer children, he practised the arcane arts, and he soon realised that his magicka reserves did not recharge like all the other Altmer, and he consulted a priest, who explained he was born under the Atronach, and his magicka was stunted. The priest knew that to an Altmer, this would be horrendous news, he offered to console him with potions of restore magicka.

With magic being a difficult class for him, he studied with the sword, and showed much potential in using the Akaviri Dai-Katana, which he picked up as his weapon of choice. He practised with it much, trying to make up for lost time, as well as his racial disadvantage.

The Imperial legion was very complacent in Dusk, and might have well not been there, so Peilis never really noticed them, but when he moved to the mainland to study more so with his blade, as there were not many Altmer where nearly as good as him, the Imperial Legion was an oppressive force that cared nothing for the natives of Skyrim, where he studied, and Peilis learned to hate the Legion, and with it, all Imperials.

He met his first and only love in Skyrim, she was an Imperial called Rosentia Abitius, who gave birth to his attraction to Imperials, but their relationship went sour, when her father disapproved of their relationship and dug up some dirt on Peilis, they soon discovered he was not an Imperial citizen, so they threw him in a dungeon.

Peilis was released on condition he leave the province of Skyrim forever, on pain of death, and he complied. He caught a boat south, to Black marsh, where he heard of a job involving escaped prisoners, which he took. Although he normally would’ve been opposed to hunting those whom he had shared experiences, he needed the money, and he had also noticed that most prisoners were not falsely accused, as he was, and those who were justly accused were very psychopathic, most under influence of drugs. Skooma possibly, although Hist Sap would be more likely in Argonia.

My character sheet. Seems our characters will have some issues Sybbyl

Name: Silus Antonius
Gender: Male
Age: 36
Race: Imperial

Bounty Hunter

Birth-sign: The Steed

Skills: Long blade, Heavy armour, Tracking, Shield use, Speaks Ashlander Dunmeri, has issues with the dialects of each tribe however

General Appearance: A short, stocky man, Antony doesn't seem particularly imposing, however it is his stare and the grit of his jaw that shows others the reason he was a Legionnaire.
A slight limp also draws attention.
Hair: Close cropped and dark
Eyes: Deep brown

Weapons: Wields an Imperial-style steel longsword along with a round shield marked with the dragon emblem of the Empire. Also carries a 'last-resort' dagger sheathed under the pit of his arm.

Armour/Clothing: Full set of Imperial Legion frontier armour. Consists of a steel cuirass, helmet, greaves and bracers with leather under-armour.
When not armoured Antony wears simple linen clothing suiting a man of his low means, usually dyed in greys, browns and/or blacks.

Other Items: A simple pack with basic survival and travel gear: Bedroll, rations, water etc.

Personality: A highly serious man, whilst devoted to a cause will always see it through until he succeeds or cannot continue. Is rather cynical and has a severe case of gallows humour.
Not particularly religious, incredibly respectful of Tiber Septim however.
Has an issue with elves, particularly Ashland Dunmer.

Brief History: After spending the majority of his life in the Legion, deployed as a frontier guard in Morrowind, Antony was speared in the upper thigh during a violent uprising in Vvardenfell's Ashland's. He was removed from the Legion due to his inability to maintain the endurance required in the Legion. The three years since have been spent in the safer life of bounty hunting.

Name: Yaken Direnni
Gender: Male
Age: 32
Race: High Elf

Prisoner or Bounty Hunter: Prisoner

Birthsign: Ritual

Skills – 10 max – non game skills allowed:
Hand-to-Hand
Blade
Spear
Throwing Weapons (daggers, axes, ect.)
Athletics
Speech Craft
Orienteering
Unarmored
Acrobatics
Tracking

General Appearance: He's around 6'6, he has an assortment of scars running across his chest and back. Tattoos decorate his neck and travel across his shoulders and down his arms. His skin is an unnatural white color versus other Altmer who have a golden tone. He has typical sharp features one would see in a High Elf.
Hair: Bald
Eyes: Hazel

Weapons: Bare hands, a makeshift stick sharpened to make a spear, and a broken shard of metal.

Armour/Clothing: An old ratty monk robe he found whilst escaping.

Other Items: A ring he was given by his master while he was a scholar at the Citadel of Ebonarm, it was blessed by Sai and gives him luck

Personality: Yaken is a very odd Altmer due to his humblness versus his kinfolk who are usually snooty and almight. He also has a lack of respect for authority outside of the Citadel, not to be mistooken for rudness just he doesnt follow orders well. Yaken also has a strong hatred for all races, even other High Elves. Although hes not a snooty bastard the enviroment he grew up in influnced his racism...

Brief History:Born in Daggerfall he was abandonded as a child and left at a fighter guilds doorstep in the Alik'r Desert. He was taken in and showed true potential. He became the guild masters favorite very quickly and also became hated by the other students. One thing he had that every other Altmer lacked was humility. His modesty always came off as disrespect to others and usually caused him trouble. He learned how to take a beating and pain became no stranger to him. After eighteen years at the guild he was given the choice to become the new guild master but instead gave it up and traveled to The Citadel of Ebonarm where he was taken in as a monk. There he was treated with utmost respect and honor. He still remained a very modest man and rarely ever left the Citadel. Although at a first glance he seems like a man who looked very quiet and kept to himself and this was true for the most part, once he opened up to someone it was hard to keep him from gushing. He stayed there until his twenty-eighth birthday where he said his farewells and moved to Skyrim. Because Ebonarm is enemys with almost all Daedra princes Yaken made it his job to hunt down and kill all creations of deadra gods... After just finishing slaughtering a large group of Vampires, the guards mistook those vampires for innocents and he was charged with the murder of 7. He was sent to Blackrose Prison and quickly made an escape while everyone else was...

I shall be posting mine soon, it's almost finished. The only problem is that the "brieft history" part became almost a fanfic chapter in extension (jk, not that big) :P So I think I will do a brief version and post that one. I hate when I have to cut parts of what I wrote...

And so far, I really like what I've seen of other people's characters. Broken-Scale, your character's sound really cool, there's a nice duality in there! :D

Here's my character sheet.

Name: Morzan-gro-Duln
Gender: Male
Age: Thirty-five
Race: Orc

Prisoner

Birthsign: The Warrior

Skills – Blunt, Heavy Armor, Hand-to-hand

General Appearance: Large, even for an orc. Massive compared to a man. Skin is darkish-green, missing an eye. Ripped-muscles, due to excersizing whilst in solitary confinement. About 8 and a half feet tall.

Hair: Black, longish, like a mat. Unshaven and messy.

Eyes: Orc. Murderous, and crazed. Is missing his right eye.

Weapons: Nothing. Yet.

Armour/Clothing: Ripped prison raggs.

Other Items: None.

Personality: Insane, anger-management issues. Morzan gro-Duln has a twisted sense of humor, if any at all.

Brief History: This massive orc lived in Orsinium, bred for Arena fighting. After he reached the rank of gladiator, he murdered a person, and two guards. When put in prison for his trial, he was found standing over his throttled inmate. The judge quickly decided a lifetime of inprisonment, and shipped him to Blackrose for twelve years. That is, until he broke out. Morzan is incredibly stupid, and slow. He doesn't have a bit of magicka, and can be outran by a mudcrab. His strength, however, is amazing. Being in prison for twelve years hasn't changed it much. He is loud, and can be heard lumbering for a distance, which can be a problem for him running from bounty hunters.

Hey, Monkey, don't you think that your character being over 8 feet tall is a bit overkill? Especially considering that the Altmer, who are the tallest beings in Tamriel, are probably only in the 6'6" - 7'0" range. I'm just thinking that having a character that freakishly large is kind of . . . well, freakish. Though, you did make sure to point out several weaknesses that Morzan possesses, so props for that.

I don't see any harm. It is polite to wait though and can save potential embarrassment if you're not accepted or need to make some changes to your sheet.
