My character has recently stopped gaining experience for the above skills. Is this a bug? Blade is at 55 and Block at 21. I did just recently get a couple of free skill boosts to both, from Baurus (+1 to each) and then from watching the Blades sparring in CRT's courtyard (+2 each). Is this related?

Has anyone else noticed this happening before?

Unfortunately I restarted my game.

I'm on Xbox 360. The only thing I can think of that may affect it is the fact I just got the free skill boosts as explained above. I have noticed this happen once before, but it resolved itself in due course. This time, they just seem to be stuck.
