0% reduce charging time between shouts.


Is this correct?

Or do i just need to wait and see.....

I had this problem, too!

I recently got the Ice shout, still has a 60 second cooldown timer, same thing for FUS! (15 seconds).

Just wanted to chime in that this problem isn't exclusive to xbox. I'm on PC and and I'm getting the same problem with 0% reduction (cooldown stays the same regardless).

Actually, I believe you have to help the stormcloaks allthrough the civil war quest line in order for it to work, if you complete it for the stormcloaks it should change to 20% as I believe i read in my brother's strategy guide.

Actually it just appears to be a text bug with the description. I say this because I have the same thing, but my shouts do in fact take less time to recharge.
When I checked them in the magic menu the times were decreased, such as Fire Breath, the normal cooldown is 30 yet with the blessing it is 24.
