Does anyone know if the block perks apply to ALL blocks, e.g. 2-handed weapons, as well as shields?

Some of the perks are phrased in a way so it sounds like only a shield can be used for it, which would make the perk useless if you're a 2-hander.

i think just the right side works for non shield too..

i got a question too, do amulets like: "gives x% more defense from blocking with shield" (or something like that) work for not shield block to?

Gotta love how topics like "How old are you" gets a million replies, but this gets....one...

i've never used a two-handed weapon yet, but i do know you can do a power bash with them, so i don't see why they wouldn't apply.

Seriously? If it specifies "gives x% more defense from blocking with a SHIELD" why would it work for anything but a shield?

As for the topic, to my knowledge, the blocking perks only affect shields.

It does sound like some are for shields only, like blocking arrows, but the general % bonus to your block could easily count for weapon blocks as well, so do you just have to decipher the verbiage and hope you get it right or waste a perk?

They really weren't clear on blocking perks with 2 handed weapons at all. I think at least one perk should have been set aside for 2 handed blocking.

Yeah, I'm seriously hoping the basic block perk affects blocking with weapons as well. Otherwise I've wasted 2 perks.
