Can you also block with swords when you're dual wielding them? there won't be a button for it i suppose.

We hope so, but there's a distinct possibility it won't be possible without mods. =/

This information has been brought up way too many times, on the forums and even in "official" videos i think...

There's nothing to hope for. It won't be in the vanilla game. Confirmed countless times. You can block with a 1 handed weapon+empty hand, sword+shield, sword+torch and 2 handed weapons. Couple that with being able to switch playstyles on the fly with the Favorites menu and the system works amazingly.

Decapitation was also confirmed to not be in, simply 'cause it wasn't in at that time. We were also told, at one time, there would be no marital ...relations, yet we now know there's a "Very Well Rested" perk. There is still room for hope that Beth won't gimp what could be one of Skyrim's coolest new features, dual wielding.

Decap was in. Pete just didn't know. He hasn't played through the entire game, so he wasn't that far up on the perk tree. Gstaff, Nick Breckon, and tons of previews from journalists and forum members who played at PAX/Eurogamer confirmed that dual wield blocking isn't in. It's been said that you "give up defense for offense".
