So I'm doing the quest, and it says to patrol the stone quarter at night. I spent 2 whole nights patrolling the streets around Candlehearth Hall, and nothing happened. Is this a glitch? How do I proceed in this quest? I swear I spent a real life hour just running around the streets at night time. Any help appreciated, thanks.Try to leave out spoilers if possible.
