I agree with the others who said it was confusing to play. It was not clear how to begin quests and so on. The most notable thing about it is that introduces prosttutes into the city. I've never seen this in any other Oblivion mod.
Yeah but it is not like it is done in a smutty way like you would see with animated prostitution in fallout 3. In fact many of the characters are not what they seem and attempting to tangle with the prosttutes (for lack of a better word) can lead to consequences that you may not expect.
To me this mod is the only one that I've played were the story line approaches what I consider a great story. There is mystery there ... but then I'm actually not a fan of fantasy fiction at all. I generally despise Tolkien and the whole reducing all metaphors to literal interpretations. Flattening all myth to just the literal reality.
Suddenly trolling is not a behavior it is a savage critter. Turning invisible is interpreted as actually bending light and not becoming transparent to what you could not see about yourself before. Spells to destroy your enemies are physical fireballs and not a means of enflaming compassion in yourself.
The magick is gone from the myth in most fantasy - this mod has some of the mystery still.
