I mean what the heck is up with that for a lame [censored] vampire perk ?

I find it funny I sold Vance atleast 40ish blood packs before I asked him about becomeing a vampire.

For some reason Im thinking the canibal perk has something to do with the family.

Actually, this is the only reason I do that quest. To get that perk. I stored all blood packs at home until I get this from Vance. Then I trade with Karl a couple times before I bring in Jericho or Charon and wipe the place out.

Both Bloodpacks and Pre-war books make no sense when you first start the game. Eventually it dawns on you what they are for.
I actually like it that the developer has hidden the reason within the game. Things like that make Fallout a box of secrets that needs to be opened up and explored.
