I am doing the Blood on the Ice mission and have obtained a key to enter the Hjerim House. The problem is I can't investigate the house because when I enter the house it goes to a room where the graphics don't seem to have been completed yet. The screen is off-blue and my character keeps falling as though there's no floor beneath him (from the looks of it there's not). There is a crudely drawn hearth or something in the distance but I'm not sure that's what it is. Is there a way to fix this or to get around it? I have been reading and I haven't found where anyone else is having this problem, though I know I can't be the only one.

Is the house the only glitch you encountered so far ???

If yes, just load a previous save and try to do it again.

If no, consider to delete skyrim, and install it again.

It could be save related as well. So try another save, to see if you can get around this problem.

Yes, it is the only bug I've come across. I tried loading an earlier save, but I'm still having the problem.

Well, then try to install Skyrim again.
