At first I thought maybe it was my mod order so I switched it around a bit, but that didn't work.
I tried playing without all my mods on, and its still there.
I think this was happening all throughout my gameplay. I know oblivion is supposed to have blood everywhere, like on the player's hands and on the face and chest of npcs, but I didn't notice this weird glitch just until recently.

This is what I mean. I still get blood on the ground, weapon, everywhere like it should, however, on the npcs it shows only on the legs. I think it's the same way on my character as well.
(This was taken w/o all my mods on, which is why the box for oblivion xp is there)
Anyone know why this is happening?
I don't think my mod order would matter in this case, but if its needed...
