I'm stuck in the quest Blood Ties and i have been from the beginning. I did some parts and now my Pipboy indicates i should find Lucy's brother, Ian, but when i highlight the Blood Ties quest in my pipboy and i click on square (X on Xbox) it does not show any location on the map.

if you go upstairs to where vance is(i believe thats his name) go to the room thats on left. Go past vances bedroom until you hit the door with the terminal, inside that room is where ian is.

Are you in the Meresti Metro station? There is a large staircase in front of you if you are; go up those stairs and find the guy standing up there with his wife. That's Vance and Holly. Talk to them to advance the quest.
