Not trying to be mean or anything, But your acting as if Bethesda will come running to your house to fix it because you will stop playing, Just make a new character.

You don't have to do anything at night, There is a "Wait" Button

Why would they patch a game from 2006? Oblivion is a dead project buddy, and no, being a vampire doesn't ruin the experience, You just don't like it.

No, they didn't like it, and no, they didn't patch it.
But whats the point in crying over spilled milk?

And no, It doesn't ruin the experience, it ruins YOUR experience.

if you have only 25% procent vampirism. You'll get weaker, although still stronger then when you were not a vampire. You'll also lose the sun damage. to achieve this you must drink blood from sleeping victims. I'm not sure if drinking once will do it or if you'll have to drink for each level to go down.

you have 25%, 50%, 75% and 100%. also I believe that as long as you don't use the wait function or you don't sleep than you won't get a higher vampire level. I'm not sure about fast travel. ooh, an I believe you have to drink every 24 hours if you don't want to change if you do that then you don't have to worry about waiting and sleeping.

but I suggest you go on the UESPwiki and look up oblivion vampirism. Everything will be explained there.

There are beggars sleeping outside in most towns. Just pay them a quiet visit once a night, and you can go ahead and live a "normal" life.

Of you can just start a new character, and be careful to take a "cure" whenever you've been around vampires. Many (most?) of the long-time posters on this forum have played more than one character. The game is rich enough to support multiple play-throughs.
