Right, so basically The Empire realise Vampires as a threat to Tamriel, but in time they are realised as 'sick' individuals who must be cured of there illness. So they attempt to round up Vampires of different clans around Tamriel and put them in the Bloodhold while a cure is being searched for. The Bloodhold is a heavily guarded fort designed to keep the Vampires in. Vampires are deprived of human blood but the Empire try to keep them fed by throwing in animals, this means the strongest feed and the weakest go crazy with bloodthirst. This is where you come in, do you wish to escape the Bloodhold? Are you even in the Bloodhold? Do you wish to help your Vampiric brothers break free? Are you a guard of the Bloodhold, tasked with keeping the Bloodthirsty Vampires at bay?
