Hey guys soo what happend is that i discovered castle volkihar earlier before going to resuce serana and now the gatekeeper wont let me in and serana doesnt start the dialouge when you are near the gate.

Also i tried the setstage command and it worked but when im about to teleport with coc dlc1vampirecastleguildhall durning the load screen it crashes . So i also tried disable on the first gate and then pressing E on the second one doesnt work.

I have all dlc's plus these mods :

Climates of Tamriel

Alternate start

RaceMenu

SkyUI

MorePP

Bosmer Armor

Helgen Reborn

Static Mesh Improvement

Inigo

That's all i hope you guys now the fix cuz it's gamebrakeing

before getting in you should speak to serana or load a previous save

I loaded the save that we arrive with the boat and talked to her.After that i went to the door and the dialogue didnt start.The guard says im and outsider and doenst open the gate. Then i disable the first gate , after that i use setstage dlc1vq02 10 and serana goes to the second gate and fails opening it.Then i select serana and teleport myself into the castle but it crashes ot the loading screen.

You need all the unofficial patches and you should let BOSS sort your load order.

He opens the gate for Serana, I do not think you should be talking to the gate keeper, but it has been ages since I did the quest.
