I recently did the mission Massive fusion and part way through my screen got covered with a ton of bloom and green tint. Now that I've left that area the tint and bloom are still there. It is often bad enough that I can't see where I'm going. Are there any console commands that might help or has anyone had this problem and found a fix?

Yes thanks the above fixed it for me though I haven't used a night vision scope or a recon scope so thats odd however the console command in the above thread fixed the problem.
