anybody ever had a problem with when you load a game or start a new one for that matter where all the icons are there as well as inventory but all i see is clear blue

anybody ever encountered this please help me out i feel like my oblivion game is useless now

You aren't offering anything anyone can answer. When you do choose to actually provide details, perhaps someone may be able to help.

not sure how to word it.i have never used patches or mods. but when i load my game the loading screen goes away and i am left stuck in first person mode and unable to see trees people or anything. its like my dude is constantly looking up at the sky. normal icons such as compass, spell selection and such are still there and i can still open my inventory but no picture. i tried backing up to a saved file from before but the same thing happened so i tried a brand new game also same thing. ideas?
