idk where to ask this, but one of my 100's of mods has added a particularly annoying effect, which is some type of blur thing.

Where you look at something up close, that comes into focus, the rest is totally blurred. But now everything is just blurred upon entering novac.

Just wondering if anyone knows the name of this effect, or how to shut it off. or what it do, id dat good, church.
