I got blurry screen on the game, does anyone know why??

i get them sometimes during conversations

I haven't noticed any blur as such, only when I'm in the crafting system, but that's done intentionally.

Haven't come across this. What were you doing at the time?

I got it after "memory den" quest, cant see past 15 ft or so... Im not crippled, i dont have any addiction or so...
