is there a fix for this? maybe it's my pc? i don't see it when i watch youtube gameplay videos.

when an ememy walks by, it looks like there is a ghost effect. it does this when a vehicle drives by or when i throw objects.

i've tried adjusting the settings and it doesn't fix it. i adjusted the motion blur and that does nothing.

i have the latest updates and patches. it doesn't do this on any other games. any help on this would be appreciated.
